Service Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

All AbidForge products and services are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.

SaaS subscriptions

• Your account is activated once payment is confirmed, usually within minutes.
• Login details are sent to the email address you used at checkout.
• If you have not received access within 24 hours of paying, email us with your payment reference.

Custom software projects

• After you contact us, we discuss your requirements and send a written quote with the scope, price and timeline.
• Work starts after you accept the quote and pay the agreed advance.
• We share progress as milestones are completed and deliver the final software by the agreed method, such as a hosted link, app build or source handover.
• Delivery times depend on the project size and on how quickly you provide feedback and materials.

Maintenance and support

Support requests are handled by email during our support hours. We aim to reply within 1 working day and will tell you the expected fix time once we understand the issue.

Pricing

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Starting prices for each service are shown on our Services page. Final prices are confirmed in a written quote after we understand the scope, and the quote is the price you pay.
